I’m pleased to welcome you to JOEL
E.S.P. (Ecclesiastical School of
Preparation). Joel
will allow you to step out of the classroom of your
mind into the playground of your creativity and the vineyard of your
determination to bring forth the harvest of your conviction. At Joel
we will help enable students, pastors and key church leaders to
reach the World for Christ through church life and ministry that will
extend the Kingdom in all its redemptive process and impact the world
and community in which we live. We will reconnect with our God, the author
and finisher of our faith. Joel
is not in competition with any school
of learning. Joel ’s primary passion is to be a finishing and practicum
training and development school that you, as a student, may indeed
mature into the fullness of the anointing and commission that the Lord
has placed on your life for His good pleasure. Prior education is
preferred but not necessary for enrollment in JOEL E.S.P. and the Sons
and Daughters of Joel
advanced study.
Joel is deeply passionate about helping all men and women who
feel the call and have evidence to support their individual calling.
With their passion of conviction, Joel
will stir the dynamo of the
indwelling spirit within those appointed so that the Word comes alive
in the student and becomes visible, touchable, tasted and heard by
those you are called to impact. Under the anointing of the Holy
Spirit, Joel
has established for Pastors, Apostles, Bishops, Prophets,
Evangelists, Anointed Teachers, Key Elders, and Key Church Leaders the
advanced study department--“The Sons and Daughters of Joel ”--to enable
you to "Go From Good To Great." Placement in this advanced study will be
by the Joel
Lead Didaskalos/Chancellor.
It is Joel ’s intent to nurture you to enrich and enhance your personal
development and church ministries. Joel
will provide opportunities for
Spiritual Renewal, Spiritual Reflection, Pastoral Education and
Spiritual Leadership traits to make you more sensitive to REVELATIONAL
LEADERSHIP from God versus vision casting. Joel
will provide
opportunity for you to understand the importance of your role in
fulfilling your mission as you move people from their agenda to God’s
agenda.

you will
be in a participatory interactive biblical learning process that will
equip you to deal with issues and conflicts of the church, community
and people of God (Good, Bad and Ugly).

Pastoral ministry?
- What is missing and needs to be created?
- What is required to develop and sustain a high level Pastor’s
mentoring unit?
Joel
will help students to understand that since we are called for His
purpose to perform His works with His people according to His personal
commission upon us, it behooves us to posture, prepare and present
ourselves as a vessel tried and true, ready for service in the King’s
vineyard.
